 Welcome to Newton Middle School

School Hours 2008-2009
School Hours: Main office hours are from 7:15 am to 3:30 pm. Students will be allowed to enter the building at 7:45 am. All students will be expected to be in their first hour classroom at 7:54 am.
Students will be allowed in the building prior to 7:45 am with prior arrangement by a teacher, the main office, or building administration. Exceptions will also be made during severe, inclement weather.

 New Student Registration Minimize

New Student Registration for the 2008-09 school year.
If you are new to the district you must register at the Educational Services Center, 5776 S. Crocker Street, Littleton, CO.  After registering, you may come to Newton on or after August 6, 2008 to pick up the paperwork necessary to register for classes.

Please note that each core will require additional, specific school supplies. Teachers will inform students of these additional supplies when they meet on the first day of school.
 
  • 1 ream of Xerox brand copy paper (teachers will collect)
  • 3 ring binder, 2” or larger
  • 2 Glue Sticks
  • Notebook dividers
  • A year’s supply of white, wide ruled, lined paper
  • Single section spiral notebooks – at least three
  • 2 Composition notebooks
  • Zippered pencil bag
  • Red and black or blue pens
  • Highlighter
  • #2 pencils – for daily use
  • Eraser
  • Colored pencils
  • Markers
  • Scissors
  • English/metric ruler with holes for notebook
